AreaChica specializes in modernizing procurement management for the Swedish government. They focus on digitizing and optimizing purchasing and sales processes, aiming to replace traditional methods with efficient, user-friendly systems. By leveraging digital tech and innovation, they strive to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in procurement and sales transactions. Their dedication to digitization aims to improve interactions between government and suppliers, ultimately advancing procurement practices in Sweden.

The Problem

Our company played a vital role in developing AreaChica's front-end system for a government project. We aimed to create a user-friendly, visually appealing design that catered to a diverse user base. We utilized color psychology to choose suitable color schemes that conveyed reliability and trustworthiness. Simplicity was a key principle, ensuring an intuitive interface for easy navigation. Quality attributes such as performance and security were a priority. Our collaboration focused on aligning design and functionality with government customers' specific needs, resulting in an improved user experience.


Our front-end development approach involved using a recognized framework for efficient and standardized code creation, promoting accessibility and teamwork. We collaborated closely with other teams through online meetings, ensuring seamless information exchange, issue resolution, and progress tracking. This strategy combined the benefits of the chosen framework, best practices adherence, and effective collaboration, resulting in a cohesive project that met technical requirements and encouraged knowledge sharing across the organization.


Our project management approach was highly efficient, relying on an online tool to monitor progress and maintain organization. To achieve a cohesive visual theme, we used reusable color codes, ensuring a harmonious user experience throughout the website. Additionally, our strategy included the utilization of reusable styles and components, streamlining development and enhancing overall efficiency. These practices were rooted in industry standards and best practices, guaranteeing high-quality work.
